The hotel is conveniently located not far from family and the town center. It's in a quiet area undergoing renovation, with cleanliness maintained. The rooms are uncomfortably smoking even if specified otherwise, but the breakfast choices are good and the staff is nice.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not properly furnished with typical hotel goods like tissues and paper towels and even had bugs, which was quite surprising. We also experienced an embarrassing situation when the room we were assigned had already been occupied by the couple in front of us, leading to a lockout that required a trip back to the front desk for card reset. Despite these issues, the location was very accommodating for our visit to the Pumpkin Run Nationals in Owensville, OH. However, the dining experience was not up to par, and the facilities left much to be desired. Overall, a mixed experience with some notable drawbacks.

On the bright side, the staff was extremely friendly and willing to address any issues we encountered during our stay. The location was convenient for the event I was attending, but the ongoing construction nearby was a downside. The dining options were limited, more like a continental breakfast that ended quite early; however, it suited our needs due to its proximity to our work location.
